Lebanese Znood Il Banat (Meat-Egg Roll) Recipe

Ingredients:

2 lb Mutton – ground twice
Pepper
1 ea Onion – chopped
5 ea Eggs, hard cooked
Salt
Butter

Methods:

Mix together mutton, onion, salt and pepper. Pat out meat mixture in a rectangle. Place hard-cooked eggs on meat mixture. Roll meat around eggs.Close at edges.Place in buttered pan. Brush top with melted butter and bake in 350F oven until brown – about 20 minutes.
