1 med Eggplant, sliced 1/2″ thick
1/2 cup Italian dressing, bottled
3/4 cup Plain low-fat yogurt
* About an hour before you light the grill slice the eggplant and place it in a coriander in the sink. When you start the fire marinate the eggplants in Italian Dressing. When the fire is hot grill until soft and nicely browned. Serve with yogurt.
