Oil
3 c Water
Methods:
Saute onion in oil until soft.Mix with kishik and simmer for 1 minute.Add water stir until thick.
Kishik is a combination of laban, ground wheat and spices.The mixture is dried, ground and sieved to a fine dry powder.It can be purchased by the pound from Middle Eastern food stores.
