Lebanese Ghanum Ma’a Lubee (Lamb Chili) Recipe


1 lb Lamb, ground
1 ea Pepper, bell, green – chopped
1/2 t Garlic salt
8 oz Tomato sauce
1/4 t Pepper, black
2 cn Kidney beans, red
2 t Chili powder
1 ea Onion – chopped
1/2 t Salt


Combine lamb, garlic salt and pepper – mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Cook in butter over low heat until browned – add onion, green pepper and cook 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce, beans, chili powder and salt.Mix well. Cover and cook 45 minutes – stirring occasionally.
