Ingredients
* 1 Cup Chickpeas — cooked
* 3 Cups Water
* 1 1/2 Cups Bulgur
* 1/2 Cup Green Onion
* 2 Tablespoons Fresh Mint — chopped
* 1/4 Cup Parsley — finely chopped
* 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
* 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
* 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
* Salt And Pepper — to taste
Directions
Add enough cold water to cover bulgur.Set aside for 10 minutes.Drain, squeezing between your hands.Drain chickpeas.Combine all ingredients in salad bowl and toss well.
