Serves 5.
Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 tbs olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbs ground sumac
- 18 chicken wings
- salt
Mix oil, lemon juice, garlic, and sumac. Rub over chicken in a shallow dish. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Grill for about 7 minutes per side, basting with marinade as they cook. Sprinkle with salt and serve hot from grill.
