Ingredients:
1 cup cooked fava beans or canned fava beans
½ cup lemon juice
3 cloves garlic crushed with 1 tsp salt (as desired)
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
½ cup olive oil
Methods:
Drain warm fava beans. Put in a bowl.Mix garlic, lemon juice and ½ quantity of oil. Add to beans and mix well.Garnish with parsley and olive oil.Serve with spring onions and tomatoes.
