Lebanese Chicken Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

Puff pastry

Stuffing:
3 pieces chicken breasts boiled and chopped to small pieces
One large onion and sauté
Two small cans of mushroom
1 tsp cinnamon, a sprinkle of black pepper, and salt to your taste.

Methods:

Mix the stuffing ingredients well, then add half a cup of mozzarella cheese, and half a cup of chicken broth, with two tbs of flour to make the mixture thicker

Let the stuffing get cold, then roll the puff pastry and add the stuffing. Fold the pastry four ways, brush with beaten egg, and bake for 30 minutes till it becomes golden brown.
