* 6 Medium Red Potatoes — cubed

* 4 Red Chiles
* 1 Cup Vegetable Broth

Directions
Grind poppy seeds in spice grinder.Saute potatoes in oil until golden, about 10 minutes.Add chilies, seeds, and a1/4 cup stock,simmer 2 minutes.Add remaining ingredients, cook until most of water is absorbed,about 10 minutes.
