* 1 Medium Onion — Chopped
* 1 Cup Lentils
* 5 Cups Beef Broth
* 1 Cup Rice

Directions
Brown meat in oil.Add onions and saute for 10 minutes.Add lentils and stock.Simmer for 20 minutes.Add rice, salt and pepper.Simmer for another 20 minutes.Serve with pita bread.
