1 lb Lamb – cubed
12 oz Tomato puree
1/4 lb Butter
Salt
3 lg Potatoes – sliced
Pepper, black
2 ea Onions – sliced

Methods:

Butter a baking pan and alternate layers of lamb, potatoes and onions.Dot with butter. Pour tomato puree over top and add salt and pepper to taste. Bake in 250F oven for about 30 minutes.
