Ingredients:

1/2 lb Lamb – minced
1 ea Lemon – juiced
1/4 c Pine nuts
Salt
1/4 lb Butter
Pepper, black
1/4 c Rice

Methods:

Saute lamb and pine nuts in butter. Place in a bowl and add rice, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Use mixture to stuff a 5 pound chicken. Or – omit rice and use as a tasty dressing over a platter of Kibby Neeyee.
