Methods:
Soak lamb in water with 1 tablespoon salt about 1/2 hour. Drain, dry and salt inside of cavity. Stuff pockets with Rice-Nut Mixture. Sew cavity and brush outside of lamb with melted butter. Roast at 350F about 2 hours.
