Ingredients:

6 ea Lamb chops
1/4 c Catsup
Flour
1/2 c Wine, white
Butter
1/2 c Mushrooms
Salt
1 t A-1 Steak sauce
Pepper, black

Methods:

Flour chops well and season as desired. Combine butter, salt, pepper,catsup, wine, mushrooms and A-1 sauce. Pour over chops. Simmer about 1 hour until chops are done.
